ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process your order. Orders received after 5:00 pm PST will be processed the next business day. Expect an email within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to let you know your order is on the way!

Digital downloads are available immediately. If you are not able to access your digital products, please email me at support@tabletandquill.com.

STORE PICKUP AND LOCAL DELIVERY
Tablet & Quill Stationery does not currently allow for store pick up or local delivery. 

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States through our website, please visit our Etsy at https://tabletandquillshop.etsy.com to place international orders. Due to GPSR regulations, effective December 13, 2024, we do not ship to countries within the EU or Northern Ireland. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@tabletandquill.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
